We offer a standard wedding package that can be customized to each person’s unique needs. Additional décor can be rented for an additional cost. If desired, Rose River has multiple decorators on staff whose services can be acquired in addition to the base package. Please call or text for pricing info.

The base package includes the following amenities:

One full day of access to the facility from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

75 Chairs

8 Reception Tables (4’ round)

2 Banquet Tables (6’ in length)

1 Guest Signing Table

1 Cake Table

2 Outdoor Patio Tables

(Linens are not included with table rental)

1 Gift Bench

MP3 PA System with Cordless Microphone

Services

Rose River staff will perform setup and take down of all base package items.

Clean up of the facility by Rose River staff is included in the base package.

Rose River primarily provides an event venue; all other wedding services such as DJ, live band, catering, photography, and videography are not affiliated with Rose River. The acquisition of these vendors is the responsibility of the party host.

Restrictions

Fridge and microwave use are permitted, however the facility is not licensed as a food handling facility so no food preparation is permitted on site. (This includes the cutting of fruits and vegetables) Dish soap and paper towels are provided.

Our facility does not permit alcohol.

No pets are allowed on the grounds.

No sports equipment such as footballs, kick balls, or soccer balls are permitted on the grounds.

Due to safety restrictions fireworks and luminary lanterns are not allowed.

Confetti is not permitted for environmental standards.
